Saju James

Managing Director & Partner

Saju James, the Partner and Managing Director of Fragomen Immigration Services India Pvt. Ltd. He leads the India practice consisting of India-inbound and India-outbound services. He also heads the global back-office operations based out of Kochi and representative offices in Hyderabad and New Delhi. Saju has been the driving force behind the firm's ground-breaking initiative in study abroad services, Fragomen Educational Services (FES) which was launched in October 2023. This new initiative continues to garner significant success in India under his leadership paving the way for global replication.

With nearly 35 years of experience in human resources, global mobility, and immigration, his leadership has been instrumental in Fragomen India's success over the last 17 years. Saju holds a pivotal role in aiding corporations in managing their end-to-end immigration programs by facilitating the movement of individuals between countries. He plays a crucial part in the organization's shared services, particularly in managing India-related practices such as Managed Services programs, Indian Inbound Immigration, and India-Outbound Consular Services. He also manages the outsourcing of immigration tasks for large corporations, such as IT Service Firms, and those with more than 500,000 employees while simultaneously providing support to smaller organizations and startups as they embark in global operations, ensuring they receive assistance for a successful expansion.

Saju has been a regular speaker at various international conferences on Indian, U.S. and global immigration issues. Before joining Fragomen, he held several positions within Asia's largest IT services and solutions organization, including Director of HR for the Americas division, Global Head of HR for a subsidiary and Head of Immigration and Legal Compliance in North America.

Dennis Joseph

Senior Director

Dennis serves as a Senior Director at Fragomen’s Kochi office, where he oversees and directs the firm's newest venture in international education services, Fragomen Educational Services (FES) along with other programs covering business immigration, technology, and shared services. As the India Leader for Fragomen Educational Services, Dennis directs and manages the marketing, business development, branding and technology strategies, as well as overall operations. He hires and deploys the appropriate staff and ensures a balanced mix of client and vendor partnerships. Dennis also guides counsellors, managers, and leaders in idea incubation, focusing on identifying potential areas for improvement and untapped business avenues. He collaborates with international universities and education providers in building partnerships that tap into the Indian market.

With a progressive experience of over two decades, Dennis has been key in setting up the firm’s India business. Dennis provides client-centric solutions to the complex and dynamic challenges of international education, global mobility, and immigration. He partners with CXOs and leaders from various industries to formulate and execute their immigration strategies.

Additionally, Dennis manages the Global and Corporate Shared Services teams in India and leads the development and implementation of technology solutions, RPA, and AI-based digital transformation in India. He also oversees the Quality and Business Excellence programs for India, including Lean, Six Sigma and Business Process Management. Dennis mentors and guides managers and helps them to achieve business goals in a cross-functional environment across regions.

Over the years, Dennis has held positions of Director, Senior Manager, Client Services Manager, and Account Manager within the Fragomen India office.

Manjusha Ravindranath

Regional Program Manager

Manjusha, the Regional Program Manager at Fragomen Educational Services (FES), specializes in business immigration and education consulting, with a strong emphasis on international student recruitment in India. With over 12 years of experience at Fragomen, she uses her expertise in project management and operational governance to drive initiatives within the International Education Sector.

She has a distinctive finesse in orchestrating strategic initiatives, establishing international partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve exemplary outcomes across multiple jurisdictions. As a member of NAFSA, Manjusha brings extensive acumen in marketing and business strategy to enhance global educational opportunities in India.

She has coordinated with a portfolio of projects and activities under program management and has collectively achieved calculated objectives and goals aligned with the realization of benefits. Manjusha’s dexterous use of creativity, strategic thinking, and her deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour has helped achieve long term marketing growth and profitability. She has skilfully built and managed international client relationships, expanding global presence and maximize opportunities in international markets.

Shakthi Mohan

Regional Program Manager

Shakthi, in her role as the Regional Program Manager at Fragomen Educational Services (FES), brings a wealth of ingeniousness in immigration program management and education consulting. Her primary objective is to spearhead the development and execution of technology solutions and oversee overall operations. With a robust background spanning 15 years in Immigration Program Management, Shakthi puts forth her adeptness in program management and operational governance to steer diverse initiatives in the International Education arena. Collaborating closely with industry peers, she harnesses her substantial astuteness in technology transformation projects and business strategy to broaden and enrich global education prospects within India.

As the Regional Program Manager, Shakthi's primary goal includes spearheading the development and execution of technology solutions. This involves pulling of technology to streamline visa processing, enhance client communication, and improve operational efficiency. Her role would entail overseeing the implementation of new systems, ensuring they meet the specific needs of FES and its clients.

Shakthi oversees the overall operations within her region. This encompasses setting operational goals, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Her focus on operational governance ensures that FES maintains high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

Shakthi Mohan owned and managed Shared Services and Business Immigration programs at Fragomen India. She was instrumental in setting up the India Outbound programs for India based clients with a strong focus on customer orientation, service delivery and cost efficiency. Her role included Business process transformation, quality management and human resource management.

Hannah George

Regional Knowledge & Training Manager

Hannah helms strategic initiatives in the field of career guidance with over two decades of experience as the Dynamic Knowledge and Training Head. She has a proven track record in student success programs, developing business strategies, overseeing company’s operations as well as staff training. Apart from that, she is committed in encouraging a positive learning environment conducive to academic excellence and personal growth. Throughout her career, Hannah has showcased buoyant leadership abilities which she has proven through effective team management and collaboration with educational partners. Hannah remains committed to continuous improvement and staying abreast of emerging trends in training and is enthusiastic about empowering the team to reach their full potential.

Hannah has been successful in placing hundreds of students in prestigious universities abroad, especially in the highly competitive Russel Group, Group of Eight, Ivy League, U15 Universities. She is an expert in navigating visa processes for various countries for complex profiles, with a 99 % success rate in obtaining student visas.

Hannah has established a strong network of connections that had been developed with universities and educational institutions across the globe, with an industrial exposure of two decades. She got the opportunity to attend FAM trips and training sessions organized by universities or educational institutions in multiple countries that showcase their campuses, facilities, academic programs, and overall student interactions aiding a valuable firsthand understanding on life and studies abroad.

Jaya Sreekumar

Regional Sales and COE Manager

Jaya is the Regional Sales and COE Manager at Fragomen Education Services (FES). She is a highly competent sales manager with more than 15 years of industry exposure in various sectors including overseas education, banking, finance, and customer service. Her role in various organisation includes Chief Executive Officer, Regional Head as well as Operations Head.

Jaya has ample years of experience and expertise in sales management, team handling and pipeline development. Skilled in analysing competitor activities and developing counterstrategies, Jaya possesses the incredible competence of establishing strong relationships with International Universities. With a distinguished reputation in managing budgets, creating incentive programs and delivering exceptional sales training programs, she has very adroitly driven revenue growth and team productivity. She is proficient in English, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi.

Nadia S Sait

Manager – International Client Relations

Nadia is a seasoned professional with 9 years of experience in the Overseas Education Sector. As a PIER-certified Qualified Education Agent Counsellor, she has excelled in guiding students towards their academic goals. Nadia's dedication through her journey as a student counsellor from the very beginning, led her to represent a prestigious Australian College in South India.

She currently serves as the International Client Relations Manager at Fragomen Educational Services (FES), where she carries out her role of fostering global partnerships. With a master’s degree in social work that specializes in counselling, Nadia's prowess has been instrumental in her career growth. Her profound knowledge and sagacity make her a trusted and a well-versed figure in student recruitment for international education.

She served as Student Counsellor, Branch Manager, and South India Manager for ATMC and has successfully managed relationships with a diverse range of educational institutions and stakeholders as the International Client Relations Manager at FES Study Abroad.
